“The magical experience of this training deepened my own practice/personal growth and further educated me on the benefits of somatic approaches to self-regulation and healing. The community formed through the shared experience with other participants has developed into deeply meaningful friendships. Our cohort is like a family, truly. So grateful.“ -Amy Pitt (school teacher + musician)

Grant Hutchinson- Registered Psychotherapist
Buddhist Meditation Teacher + Yoga Teacher
Grant began teaching yoga and meditation in 2005 following his yoga and meditation studies and training in India and South East Asia. The underlying motivation of his teaching is present moment embodied experience whether on the yoga mat or meditation cushion, in the office, in traffic or with loved ones.
The indivisibility of spiritual practice and daily life has been fundamental to Grant’s orientation. His teaching delves into the richness and relevance of these practices in our lives, right now. Grant approaches these teachings as self-study; a means of grappling with what is underneath the form or appearance to co-create ways for each of our own specific bodies and minds to explore practice in an accessible and sustainable way.
Grant has studied meditation in Hatha Yoga, Theravadin and Soto Zen Buddhist traditions. He lived for close to two years at Tassajara, the San Francisco Zen Centre’s Monastic training centre in the mountains of Northern California and has sat differing length retreats at other centres in India, Sri Lanka, the US and Canada. He studied for many years with Michael Stone.
As another means of exploring the interface between practice and life, Grant began his private psychotherapy practice in 2018 and expects to complete his five year Gestalt training at the Gestalt Institute of Toronto in the Spring of 2019.
Erin Moraghan- PT + RYT500 + Functional Movement + Business Coach
Functional Movement + Anatomy in Action
Erin’s path has been long and winding but what keeps her whole has remained constant: sharing movement, building community, and loving trees, rivers, books, and dogs. Erin became obsessed with finding innovative ways to help people be holistically healthy after nearly a decade working in healthcare. As a born entrepreneur, Erin created Litethriive™ during the COVID-19 crisis as a way of helping people unleash the power of the mind and embrace the vital approach of being holistically well.
Erin has been studying and sharing movement and fitness for most of her life, studying across the globe. Erin co-founded the Revkor™ brand with her partner, inventor Angela Rivard, in 2013 and runs her fitness studio in Cambridge, Ontario with her team. Big roadblocks led Erin to finally get serious about creating a consistent morning mindset practice in 2017, inspiring the creation of Litethriive™.
Natalie Jakmyshyn- Osteopathic Manual Practitioner + RTY 500
Physiology + Barrier Concept
Natalie began practicing yoga in 2002. Inspired to share this practice with others, she went on to complete her 200 hour Hatha Vinyasa Teacher Training in 2009. Being a yoga teacher enabled her to share the joy of movement and the many benefits the practice has on our body and mind. Natalie soon realized that something was missing from her teachings. A strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. She was asking students to move their bodies and regurgitating things she learned from previous teachers without fully understanding the truth behind her words. Since becoming a yoga teacher, Natalie has worked in research at the Hamilton General Hospital and went on to complete her Manual Osteopathy degree. She strives to offer a holistic approach to yoga in her teachings.
